We would like to inform you that Mr. Keiji Sakai, who had served as Executive Director of Hong Kong TOHEI E.M.C. Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, stepped down from his position as of March 31, 2025. Please note that no replacement for this position will be appointed at this time.

In addition, Mr. Sakai concurrently held the position of General Manager of Domestic Sales at TOHEI Industries Co., Ltd., another group company. He also resigned from this role on the same date. Effective April 1, 2025, he has been appointed as Advisor for Domestic Sales at the same company.
